Randy Altschuler is the CEO and co-founder of Xometry, the global AI-powered digital marketplace for manufacturing. A successful entrepreneur, Randy co-founded Xometry in 2013, took it public in 2021 (NASDAQ: XMTR) and continues to lead it through a period of significant growth. In FY 2022, Xometry’s revenue grew 75% year-over-year.

Xometry’s proprietary portfolio of technology solutions is rapidly disrupting the $2 trillion+ manufacturing industry. Xometry helps clients shorten development cycles, achieve efficiencies and stabilize their supply chains. The company’s AI-driven Instant Quoting Engine, cloud-based software and digital sourcing tools are deeply embedded with procurement managers, buyers and engineers on one side and thousands of manufacturers on the other. The company’s popular Thomasnet.com brand, which Xometry acquired in 2021, is the leader in product sourcing, supplier selection and digital marketing solutions for manufacturers.

Prior to founding and leading Xometry, Randy co-founded and was Executive Chairman of CloudBlue, a leading provider of recycling services for electronic equipment. CloudBlue was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. Before CloudBlue, Randy was the co-founder and co-CEO of OfficeTiger, a global BPO company that would eventually employ 4,500 people. OfficeTiger was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2006.

An expert in the application of Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing, Randy serves on the Boards of Directors of the Maryland Tech Council. He graduated from Princeton University, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and also studied at the University of Vienna as a Fulbright Scholar.

Randy is a driving force in reshaping the manufacturing landscape through the transformative power of AI and digital marketplaces.

Mr. Rosati is the Executive Chairman of Snagajob, a marketplace platform for connecting businesses with hourly workers, where he previously served as Chairman and Acting CEO. He also served on the board of directors of Upwork, a position he held after serving as CEO of the company from January 2014 to April 2015. Mr. Rosati is a board member of Smith.ai and Skysthelimit.org. He received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University and is an expert in the growth and development of marketplaces.

Ms. Bial is President + Founder of The Posse Foundation, a diversity, leadership development and college success organization that has garnered more than $1.6 billion in scholarships from Posse’s 60+ partner colleges and universities. Bial’s experience facilitating dialogue related to issues of access, equity, and diversity -- and in guiding selective institutions of higher education towards improved admissions policy -- has gained her national recognition. In 2007, Bial received a prestigious MacArthur “Genius” Fellowship from The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. Bial received her BA from Brandeis University and her EdD from Harvard University. She is a member of the Brandeis Board of Trustees.

Ranjana Clark has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2021. Since July 2013, Ms. Clark has held a number of positions with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, or MUFG, and is currently the Head of Global Transaction Banking. Prior to joining MUFG, Ms. Clark was the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at PayPal from May 2011 to June 2013. Prior to that, Ms. Clark spent over 25 years in the financial services industry in roles spanning payments, marketing, strategy and business leadership. Ms. Clark currently serves on the board of directors of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc., a position she has held since July 2014. Ms. Clark received a B.A. from the University of Delhi, an M.B.A with an emphasis in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an M.B.A with an emphasis in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Ms. Rollins served in various positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1992-2020 including most recently as an Audit & Assurance Partner specializing in the technology, venture capital, and life sciences industries. She also serves on the board of Dolby Laboratories, Inc. Ms. Rollins holds a B.A. in Accounting and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. Ms. Rollins has strong board and management experience with complex audit and reporting processes for technology and media companies.

Ms. Weymouth is the Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of The Chef Market (formerly DineXpert), an on-demand platform for restaurants. Previously, she was the Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of the Washington Post. Since January 2015, she has also served as a Trustee of the Philip L Graham Fund. Ms. Weymouth is a board member of Republic Services, Inc, Cable One, Inc., Sequoia Mutual Fund, and The Graham Holdings Company. She received a B.A. in English Literature from Harvard University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School and joined the Xometry board in October 2020.

Laurence Zuriff

Managing Director of Xometry’s Donor Advised Fund and ESG Initiatives
Prior to co-founding Xometry, Laurence was the managing partner at Granite Capital International Group. Before Granite, Laurence was a managing director and technology analyst at Weiss, Peck & Greer. Laurence began his career as analyst at Science Applications International Corporation and in the Office of Net Assessment at the Department of Defense. Laurence graduated from Brown University and received a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He currently sits on the board and chairs the Audit Committee of the Washington-based Center for Strategic and Budgetary Analysis.
