Randy Altschuler is the CEO and co-founder of Xometry, the global AI-powered digital marketplace for manufacturing. A successful entrepreneur, Randy co-founded Xometry in 2013, took it public in 2021 (NASDAQ: XMTR) and continues to lead it through a period of significant growth. In FY 2022, Xometry’s revenue grew 75% year-over-year.

Xometry’s proprietary portfolio of technology solutions is rapidly disrupting the $2 trillion+ manufacturing industry. Xometry helps clients shorten development cycles, achieve efficiencies and stabilize their supply chains. The company’s AI-driven Instant Quoting Engine, cloud-based software and digital sourcing tools are deeply embedded with procurement managers, buyers and engineers on one side and thousands of manufacturers on the other. The company’s popular Thomasnet.com brand, which Xometry acquired in 2021, is the leader in product sourcing, supplier selection and digital marketing solutions for manufacturers.

Prior to founding and leading Xometry, Randy co-founded and was Executive Chairman of CloudBlue, a leading provider of recycling services for electronic equipment. CloudBlue was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. Before CloudBlue, Randy was the co-founder and co-CEO of OfficeTiger, a global BPO company that would eventually employ 4,500 people. OfficeTiger was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2006.

An expert in the application of Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing, Randy serves on the Boards of Directors of the Maryland Tech Council. He graduated from Princeton University, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and also studied at the University of Vienna as a Fulbright Scholar.

Randy is a driving force in reshaping the manufacturing landscape through the transformative power of AI and digital marketplaces.

James Miln is the Chief Financial Officer for Xometry, the global AI-powered marketplace that is rapidly digitizing the $2 trillion industrial market. A veteran of big-name tech and consumer brands, Miln brings considerable financial planning, operational and investor relations expertise to Xometry. He joins the company from Yelp where, as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, he helped steer the company through a period of strong, product-driven growth, including the introduction of new AI-powered search experiences. Prior to Yelp, Miln held key roles at eBay, Yahoo! and Unilever and has also led global teams in Europe for Yahoo! And Unilever. Miln’s marketplace, search and advertising experience mirrors Xometry’s suite of digital offerings, including its AI-powered marketplace, industry-leading Thomas industrial sourcing platform and suite of cloud-based software and services. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA). He holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) and earned a B.A. in Classics from Cambridge University, England.

Prior to joining Xometry, Peter spent over 30 years in the Automotive industry delivering over $10 Billion in automotive components and modular systems. As the Vice President of Operations for Magna Interior Systems for North America and the United Kingdom, Peter expanded and restructured the technical support and management group and led the team through strategic acquisition and consolidations, the launch of new technologies, the award of major new contracts and organic expansions. Prior to Magna, Peter was the COO of Dakkota Integrated Systems, building and leading a management team in its initial founding and multiple growth phases. Peter also held multiple management roles with Detroit Manufacturing systems, a major provider of automotive interior systems. Peter holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University in Canada.

An expert technologist with deep AI and machine-learning expertise, Matt Leibel has played a critical role in the continuing development of Xometry's proprietary algorithms, fintech and cloud-based software solutions.

Prior to joining Xometry, Matt led product, design and development for well-known public and private technology companies and startups over 20 years, including: Vistaprint, where he led all digital product and technology development used by millions of subscribers; and Resonate Networks, where he helped develop the machine learning models that helped reshape the ad-tech, mar-tech and ad-targeting industries. He has also held prominent positions at Electronic Data Systems, TechTrader and Plateau Systems, among others. Matt graduated with a BA in History from George Mason University and a BS in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.

MacDonald leads all aspects of Xometry’s people operations including recruiting, talent retention, employee engagement, benefits, diversity initiatives, and more. She most recently ran Human Resources at Cvent, where she grew the employee base from 120 to nearly 4,000. MacDonald led the organization through its IPO as well as numerous acquisitions and international expansions. Most recently she helped take the company private again through the sale to Vista Equity Partners. MacDonald holds an undergraduate degree from Smith Business School at the University of Maryland as well as a Masters in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins.

Kathy brings more than 20 years of technology sales and sales leadership experience. She has a passion for new business development through expanding services and broadening territories that focus on achieving organizational goals and enhancing the customer experience. Prior to Xometry, Kathy worked for leading organizations spanning from e-commerce to IT deployment and integration services, to custom parts manufacturing. She led the North American sales organization with rapid prototyping company, Proto Labs, and was Director of North American sales and Director of Strategic Alliances for leading global IT Integrator Comm-Works. Kathy holds a Business and Communications degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

Kristie joins Xometry with more than 20 years of experience as in-house counsel to technology companies. Most recently, Kristie served as General Counsel to Cision, a global leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology and intelligence, where she helped lead the company through 2 IPOs, 2 take-private transactions, and numerous M&A transactions. Kristie holds a BSEG degree in computer science and engineering from Bucknell University and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

An expert in scaling products that drive market share and revenue growth, Brendan Sterne most recently served as General Manager of Indeed's Job Seeker division, overseeing product design, software engineering and operations for the job seeker side of the digital talent marketplace. Prior to Indeed, Brendan held numerous product and engineering positions, including leading the Innovation Labs group at Bazaarvoice, developing rich-media product reviews and review-intelligence products for Fortune 500 customers. He earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math from the University of Waterloo and a Masters in Humanities and Philosophy from California State University - Dominguez Hills.

Prior to co-founding Xometry, Laurence was the managing partner at Granite Capital International Group. Before Granite, Laurence was a managing director and technology analyst at Weiss, Peck & Greer. Laurence began his career as analyst at Science Applications International Corporation and in the Office of Net Assessment at the Department of Defense. Laurence graduated from Brown University and received a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He currently sits on the board and chairs the Audit Committee of the Washington-based Center for Strategic and Budgetary Analysis.
