Biography

Fabio Rosati has been a member of Xometry’s Board of Directors since December 2017 and was Chair of the Board from December 2023 through June 2026.

Fabio is the Executive Chair of Snagajob, a marketplace platform for connecting businesses with hourly workers, where he previously served as Chair and Acting CEO. He also served on Upwork's board of directors, a position he held after serving as the company's CEO from January 2014 to April 2015. Fabio is a board member of Smith.ai and Skysthelimit.org. He received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University and is an expert in the growth and development of marketplaces.
