Co-founder and Executive Chairman of the Board

Randy Altschuler is the Co-founder of Xometry and the Executive Chairman of the Board. A successful entrepreneur, Randy co-founded Xometry in 2013 and served as its CEO for its first 13 years. He transitioned to Executive Chairman in July 2026. Under his leadership as CEO, Randy took the company public in 2021.

Prior to Xometry, Randy co-founded and served as Executive Chair of CloudBlue, a provider of recycling services for electronic equipment that was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. He also co-founded and served as co-CEO of OfficeTiger, a global BPO company that employed 4,500 people and was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2006. He began his career working in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and real estate private equity at Blackstone.

Randy graduated from Princeton University, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and studied at the University of Vienna as a Fulbright Scholar. He also serves on the Board of Directors of OpenLane (NYSE: KAR), a leading operator of digital marketplaces for wholesale used vehicles.
