Biography

Sanjeev Singh Sahni is the CEO of Xometry and was appointed to the company's Board of Directors in July 2026. He joined Xometry in January 2025 as President, leading Product, Technology, Operations, and Talent.

Sanjeev’s career spans decades of identifying, scaling, and leading B2B businesses. Prior to Xometry, he worked at Wayfair, where he led their multi-billion-dollar B2B business, transformed B2B and B2C sales and customer experience through its fastest growth years, and built Wayfair’s digital freight-forwarding business, CastleGate Forwarding. He has also held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, Citibank, and IBM.

Sanjeev earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow). He also attended the Yale School of Management for Organizational Leadership.
