Kim Hirsch is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Xometry, where she oversees the development and implementation of global HR strategies designed to drive business results. As a trusted partner to the executive team, she focuses on driving transformative change, improving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring Xometry continues to attract and retain top talent in a competitive global landscape.
Prior to Xometry, Kim was at Aspen Technology, a global leader in asset optimization software, where she served as Vice President of HR. Kim also held several leadership roles at PTC, a global leader in manufacturing-focused digital transformation software. Her tenure included leadership positions in both HR and Sales Operations, where she oversaw the design, development, governance, and execution of PTC’s global sales compensation programs.
Kim earned a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a master’s degree in human resources from Suffolk University.
