Oscar Lovera is the Chief Operations Officer, International at Xometry, where he oversees end-to-end international operations strategy and ensures the seamless execution of Xometry’s marketplace services.
An experienced leader with a track record in operational excellence and digital transformation, Oscar brings extensive experience in scaling complex, global organizations.
Prior to Xometry, Oscar served as Senior Director and General Manager at Wayfair, where he led a global workforce of thousands and optimized e-commerce and partner operations. He also held senior positions at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategic operations and business transformation, and Procter & Gamble, where he held leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain management.
Oscar has a master’s of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Manchester in England.
