Sanjeev Singh Sahni was appointed CEO of Xometry in July 2026. He joined the company in January 2025 as President.
An accomplished executive with B2B strategy, e-commerce, AI, and global supply chain management expertise, Sanjeev joined Xometry to lead Product, Technology, Operations, and Talent.
Sanjeev’s career spans decades of identifying, scaling, and leading B2B businesses. Most recently, he worked at Wayfair, where he led their multi-billion-dollar B2B business, transformed B2B and B2C sales and customer experience through its fastest growth years, and built Wayfair’s digital freight forwarding business called CastleGate Forwarding.
Prior to Wayfair, he served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. For over nine years, Sanjeev focused on growth strategy, helping Fortune 500 companies identify and scale adjacent business opportunities, led McKinsey’s customer experience collaboration with the Disney Institute, and architected several operations transformations for clients.
Early in his career, Sanjeev was a Commercial Banker at Citibank and a Transition and Solutions Manager with IBM. Sanjeev is a true global leader, having lived and worked across multiple geographies.
Sanjeev earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow). He also attended the Yale School of Management for Organizational Leadership.
