Xometry’s proprietary portfolio of technology solutions helps customers shorten development cycles, achieve efficiencies and stabilize their supply chains. The company’s AI-driven Instant Quoting Engine, cloud-based software and digital sourcing tools are deeply embedded with procurement managers, buyers and engineers on one side, and thousands of manufacturers on the other. Randy graduated from Princeton University, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and also studied at the University of Vienna as a Fulbright Scholar.
Prior to founding and leading Xometry, Randy co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of CloudBlue, a leading provider of recycling services for electronic equipment. CloudBlue was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. Before CloudBlue, Randy was the co-founder and co-CEO of OfficeTiger, a global BPO company that would eventually employ 4,500 people. OfficeTiger was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2006.
Beth Beiriger is the Chief Product Officer for Xometry, the global AI-powered marketplace that is digitizing manufacturing and helping enterprise buyers create locally resilient supply chains everywhere.
An accomplished executive with a strong track record of delivering solutions that delight customers, Beth brings more than 18 years of experience with leading B2B and consumer e-commerce brands, directing cross-functional teams focused on product development, operations and customer success.
At Xometry, Beth leads the company’s Product and Design teams and works closely with the Technology, Sales and Operations groups, as well as business unit leaders in EMEA and in AsiaPac. Beth also oversees product development for Xometry’s portfolio of Supplier Services in North America, anchored by Thomasnet.
Throughout her career, Beth has led product development teams at top brands, including Invaluable, the world’s largest online live marketplace; DraftKings, the sports betting and gaming company that also operates a marketplace for NFTs, and Staples, the multichannel office supplies and electronics retailer.
Beth earned her MBA from the University of Massachusetts Boston and her Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University. She has also studied abroad in Beijing and Shanghai as part of a partnership program between UMass and the Confucius Institute; with the Goethe Universitat in Frankfurt, and with the SACI College of Art & Design in Florence, Italy.
Subir Dutt is the Chief Sales Officer for Xometry, the AI-powered marketplace that connects enterprise buyers with suppliers of manufacturers globally to create locally resilient supply chains.
A widely respected enterprise sales leader and expert in AI and cloud computing, Dutt has led high-performing teams at major tech brands, including Google, Oracle and CapGemini. He brings a deep understanding of technology and business in driving customers’ digital transformations, and he is widely recognized for leading high-performing sales teams worldwide.
Subir most recently served as head of mid-Atlantic enterprise sales for Google Cloud, where he and his team drove significant triple-digit increases in annual revenue. Prior to Google, he served as Senior Vice President for CapGemini, where he helped drive the transformation of the company’s Oracle business to XaaS. At Oracle, Subir built and led high-performing teams serving clients in the high-tech, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution industries.
Subir earned his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from India’s Punjab Engineering College and his master’s in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech. He lives in Mclean, Va.
Peter Goguen is the Chief Operating Officer of Xometry, the global AI-powered marketplace for custom manufacturing. One of the world’s most recognized leaders in supply chain management, Peter oversees teams in North America, Europe and Asia that support clients in such diverse industries as aerospace, automotive, clean energy, medical devices and more.
Under his leadership, Xometry has rapidly grown its network of global suppliers (by more than 50% in just two years, from 2021 through 2023), enabling Xometry to deliver a growing suite of custom-manufacturing services to buyers worldwide. Peter also helped establish Xometry Asia and helped lead the company’s integration of the Tridi acquisition in Turkey, which has contributed to the significant growth of Xometry’s capabilities across Europe.
Throughout his career, Peter has held prominent positions with world-class brands, including Magna Interior and Exterior Systems, where he expanded North American operations to include South America and the UK. He led the team through strategic acquisitions and consolidations, and the launch of new technologies. For Dakkota Integrated Systems, he served as COO and built and led a management team through its founding and multiple growth phases. He also held multiple management roles with Detroit Manufacturing systems, a major provider of automotive interior systems. His clients have included BMW, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jaguar, LadRover, Toyota and VW, among others.
Peter earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada and was recipient of the Queen’s Gold Medal.
As the Managing Director of Xometry Europe, Dmitry “Dima” Kafidov oversees Xometry’s European business and is responsible for driving the company’s growth and expansion into new markets.
Based in Munich, Dima oversees sales, marketing, operations, technology and product development for Xometry, whose AI-powered marketplace for custom manufacturing helps customers across Europe create locally resilient supply chains.
Under Dima’s direction, Xometry Europe has introduced more than 14 local-language marketplaces in the last two years, allowing customers to order and pay for parts in their local currencies. Xometry Europe has also rapidly expanded its menu of marketplace offerings, giving customers the ability to instantly quote dozens of processes for their custom-manufacturing needs.
In 2023, Dima helped direct the acquisition of Tridi Teknoloj in Istanbul, Türkiye. With Tridi, Xometry further extends its marketplace capabilities, connecting buyers with affordable suppliers across Europe. The acquisition also gives Xometry the ability to serve all of Europe within a 24-hour period.
Dima is the former co-founder of Shift, a European on-demand manufacturing marketplace, which was acquired by Xometry in 2019. Before founding Shift, Dima led regional sales teams at Flowserve and managed the Eastern European region for Hoerbiger. He earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Samara State Aerospace University and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
An expert technologist with deep AI and machine-learning expertise, Matt Leibel has played a critical role in the continuing development of Xometry's proprietary algorithms, fintech and cloud-based software solutions.
Prior to joining Xometry, Matt led product, design and development for well-known public and private technology companies and startups over 20 years, including: Vistaprint, where he led all digital product and technology development used by millions of subscribers; and Resonate Networks, where he helped develop the machine learning models that helped reshape the ad-tech, mar-tech and ad-targeting industries. He has also held prominent positions at Electronic Data Systems, TechTrader and Plateau Systems, among others. Matt graduated with a BA in History from George Mason University and a BS in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Sophia MacDonald is the Chief People Officer for Xometry, the global AI digital marketplace for the manufacturing industry.
A tech executive with significant public company and international experience, Sophia leads all aspects of Xometry’s people operations, including recruiting, talent retention, employee engagement, benefits, diversity & inclusion, and more.
Since joining Xometry in 2020, Sophia has led the company through its 2021 IPO and has played a pivotal role in Xometry’s expansion in the U.S., Europe and Asia. She leads the company’s efforts to identify, recruit and retain critical tech talent worldwide, and has overseen multiple acquisitions, including the storied brand, Thomasnet in North America, and Tridi, an on-demand marketplace that has strengthened Xometry’s footprint in Europe. She oversees talent in each of the markets where Xometry operates.
A champion of tech talent and diversity, Sophia is frequently quoted as an expert for advancing the role of women and underrepresented communities in manufacturing. She is an ardent advocate of STEAM education, and she helped design and champion the company’s scholarship program that now benefits more than 250 students at Howard University in Wash., D.C., and other four-year college and technical institutions in key manufacturing states.
Prior to Xometry, Sophia led Human Resources at Cvent, a global SaaS solutions provider for the meetings, events and hospitality management industries. Under her watch, she grew Cvent’s employee base from 120 to nearly 4,000, led the company through its IPO, and oversaw numerous acquisitions and growth internationally. Sophia also helped take Cvent private through its sale to Vista Equity Partners.
Sophia earned her undergraduate degree from Smith Business School at the University of Maryland and also earned a Masters in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins.
She also sits on the Board of Maryland Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Maryland MEP).
